To all who participated in our logo design contest.
We sincerely appreciate all your efforts and time spent to make your creations. It was very close and we had to deliberate hard between @zoelhunt , @nadya, and @sub30s designs to find the winner. They all had great things to offer as did so many others and they would make any other firm's logo great.
The service you all provide is awesome! We heard of sites like this through the grapevine and had to try it out for our new company. Free-lancing is the new job market and you all are awesome for sharing your skills with the world. Keep it up! We wish you all the best.
@Nadya-
Can we please see the font from #56 with the colors from #42 and #32? We definitely like "Real Estate Investments" centered instead of to the side. Thanks
@Nadya-
Thanks for the updates.
We like #32 with the red/black logo and light backdrop. Can you do that with blue/black so we can see what that would look like? Preferably with the blue from #34. Thanks
@Hatter Cool design, I like the concept with the houses and the line graph. Could you maybe try to play around with that concept and try some different fonts or colors? I like the web2.0 look.
@Nadya I like the Black and Red colors too very nice look. Could you maybe play with some fonts of those designs?
General:
Liking all the blue colors involved, but would like to see maybe some whites, blacks, or greens in there to explore some other options.
Thanks for the entries!...
Creativemind007, like #3 and #6 of yours..
Couple things that I think may help:
We do like the modern look and professionalism of those two but keep in mind that this is a residential investment company regarding rehabs and rental properties so the big commercial building design may not be the best fit.
The other thing would be to make sure Home and Equity either has a space in between or is separated by different colors or upper/lower case letters. The two letter "e" directly beside each other look a little weird.
Also, wouldn't be opposed to a tag line stating "Real Estate Investments".

Can you put the "Real Estate Investments" tagline under the logo on #21. We sort of like that font.
Also, can you do a draft of a red and gold logo so we can see what that looks like? Thanks

Also, can we see a few different colors to compare vs the red/black. Thank you.
