Titre du Projet		Full color folder design

Sous-titre		9"x12" with a 4" pocket, business card slit on right side

Détails		I'm looking for a full color folder design, inside and out (only on the pockets on the inside) that we can stuff our patient information collateral into.

Industrie		Medical

Objectif cible (entreprises, amusant, personnel et etc)		Our target audience are the patients we put to sleep for surgery. Design should be friendly, clean and emphasize people living their lives, not laying in a hospital bed

Prescriptions		Color arrangements and "flow" should match the feel and idea of our logo (which can be found at www.oasor.com). Any photography used in the design should also complement the logo colors so it all works together. Final design should be print ready.

oas_horiz_rgb_22757.pdf My logo designer couldn't get my logo source files to me, but did give me a vector of the logo that can be enlarged. This is the best i can do at the moment.
