About our business. We buy, sell, and trade used Recording Studio Equipment and Photography gear over the internet. Our website is www.foxriverelectronics.com. As you can see we are in need of a logo badly. The color of the logo does NOT need to match our website. We'll be redesigning that soon, and we are not married to the colors on there. About the logo. I'd like Fox River Electronics to be larger than the tag line. The tag line can be small in the logo. For the tag line you can use the word "&" or "and", whatever looks best. If there's a better word than "equipment", or if you feel equipment is too much for a logo, then leave that word off and maybe change the tag line to Pro Audio & Photo. Another possibility would be Professional Audio & Photography Gear (not sure if that sounds good though). Right now our business is largely focused on recording studio sound equipment, though we are spreading into Photography equipment as well. So for now if you're going to use an image/graphic (which is probably what I want) the focus should be on the sound/Pro Audio side of things, though a small aperture somewhere in the logo, subtle, may work as well. Some objects that MIGHT be good to have in the logo are a sound wave, a subtle aperture, a Microphone (NOT A GUITAR OR INSTRUMENT), a vacuum tube, a VU Meter or LED Meter, or nothing. I'm open to whatever the designer feels is best. I think I'd like some color in the logo too. Not too much, but again use modern design as your guide. |
