Important Information Regarding Your Linen Returns:
Thank you for allowing Kennedy Couture linens to share in your special day. To ensure prompt return of your linens, please follow the steps below.
1. Please place all linens in the included return duffel bags or the box they arrived in. If returning in a box, please fold linens so that they all fit in the box. Please shake any loose food from linens and insure linens are dry prior to placing in box and bags. NEVER place wet linens in bags, boxes or plastic. If your linens are wet or damp, please allow them to air dry prior to packing. If your shipment included chair sashes, please remember to untie each sash prior to returning. Your account will be billed a fee of $.25 for each sash returned that is untied.
2. If you would like to schedule a FedEx pickup, please contact FedEx the day PRIOR to your scheduled return date as FedEx does not do same-day pickup. Please note, FedEx charges a pickup fee of $8. This fee is paid directly to FedEx. You can contact FedEx at 1.800.Go.FedEx (463-3339). You may also return your linens free of charge by dropping off your linens at any FedEx or FedEx Kinko's. Please use the attached pre-paid FedEx air-bill that came with your shipment.
Lost FedEx Air-Bills:
Please treat your FedEx return air-bills as cash. If they are lost or damaged, please contact us as soon as possible for replacements. We charge a fee of $25 for each lost or damaged air-bill that needs to be replaced.
Alternate Shipping Carriers:
Your linen rental includes pre-paid return shipping via FedEx and includes tracking for our warehouse. Please do not return linens using any other shipping provider or any other class of shipping (i.e. Express, Next Day or Overnight, as these services will be billed back to your account).
Late Returns:
Our customers depend on your timely return. Please insure our items are dropped off or picked up by FedEx the following business day after your event. Items shipped back after the due date are considered late and will be charged a rental fee equal to 50% of your original rental rate prior to any discounts or promotions.

#5 can I see a standard font for the text "Satin Back Shantung"? Also can the border only be on one part of the card with the top being blank. Can i also see thank you card, envelope and info card.
#3 Can we make the order only on one side (the bottom) half) and make the top a solid color #3 also can I see envelop designs and thank you card to match. Thank you! Im really liking this.
#1. This is a folded business card that has an inside. Please show the complete card. There are also elements of the card that I asked for that are missing ie. social icons. I would also like the cars to include our colors which are Silver, Grey, Eggplant and Plum. Not black.
