It is also new patients locally that have been referred to me by another physician. My audience is generally age 55 and older with vision problems. | ||

I require a front and back cover (5-1/2 inches by 8-1/2 inches) plus a narrow spine for my 100-page SOFT-COVER book. The title is “Keeping Your Retina Healthy”. The Sub-Title is “A Guide To Retina Conditions, Treatments & Choosing A Retina Specialist”. The Author is Amjad M. Hammad, MD, MBA There must be a starburst or some other noticeable announcement on the front cover “More Free Resources at www.SaratogaRetina.com” You will need to leave space on the back cover to insert an ISBM. You will insert my photo (on the back cover next to the author bio) and you can choose which one you like, how big it is and where to place it. Author Bio: Dr. Amjad Hammad is the owner of Saratoga Vitreo-Retinal Ophthalmology, CEO of The New York Eye Surgical Center and Clinical Assistant Professor of Ophthalmology at Albany Medical College. He has made his home in beautiful Saratoga Springs, NY with his wife Terry. The cover needs to be serious and give the impression it was written for someone older with vision problems. I have included images of vision loss that a person may be experiencing. The font needs to be large print as our audience has vision problems. The price is $16.95 and the words “First Printing” need to be on the back cover. The spine is the standard stuff on a spine. Use this copy for the back cover. Back Cover Copy: Through the years, I feel that I have learned more from my dear patients than I could possibly give to them. This book is a way for me to make it easier for others to get the treatment and care they deserve as our vision allows us to maintain our quality of life. I put this book together for others to overcome their fears and get treatment early. If this book provides one bit of information that give you peace of mind with regard to any aspect of your eye health, then it will be wildly successful. |
