| We are looking for a back wall display which will be 2 separate pull up banners 7ft tall by 3 ft wide to be used for expos. We are also looking to have 2 certificates created to be used as giveaways which will be a credit card style. Minor difference between the 2 certificates. | ||

2 banners should be 7ft tall by 3 ft wide each. They should be able to stand alone but also look congruent next to each other. One banner should have our logo, core values, and tag line. The other banner should have our logo and our mission: Building a Healthier next generation one adjustment at a time. as well website, phone number Certificates should be credit card size/style. On the front Should have our logo, our tag line, $100 off or $100 towards Chiropractic services. (not sure which sounds better) Must have somewhere on the card: To be used only at the Mid Atlantic Chiropractic Center. Not Redeemable for cash. Not valid toward the purchase of nutritional supplements. May not be valid with some insurances or medicare Office address, phone number, and website. The second card will be almost the same but will state $100 off your New Patient Visit. Must have somewhere on the card: To be used only at the Mid Atlantic Chiropractic Center.
