| exhaust switch is a product that is used in the emergency services market place. It is a vehicle exhaust diverter valve which is used on a fire truck or other emergency services vehicles such as ambulances, rescue vehicles, police command vehicles to redirect diesel exhausts fumes away from people and patients that are present on the emergency scene. Diesel exhaust is a known cancer causing agent which adversely affects emergency service personnel due to repeated exposure through breathing and absorbing the toxins thru their skin. The exhaust switch allows the vehicle operator to push a buttom and redirect the exhaust away from the patient area by moving it to either a vertical exhaust stack or an exhaust pipe located on the opposite side and away from the patient thus reducing or eliminating the exposure point. | ||
