Hi, just want to know how could I've done better to reach your expectations in poster design. I would like to take this learning to my next project.

jtrozario - We're intrigued by these designs because they are *very* abstract. There is some debate in our office as to whether or not they are too abstract, but these are quite interesting.

designbe - Your Design #5 is also a creative concept. I'm not sure if the wood panels in the background were to be printed on the posters, but I'm assuming that just represents how the poster would look on a wall, because we need these to print in a vertical/portrait orientation. We would probably change the text at the top to say "Cap & Gown Portraits" instead of just "Cap & Gown." This is a good design!

BDesign - our staff likes this concept (Draft #3 & #4). However, they weren't sure about the ink spots on the bottom left-hand corner of the image. Also, the orange in our logo tends to clash with the primary colors in the poster. So for the purposes of this poster, we're OK with changing the color of the company logo. So perhaps make the camera shutter and the word "Photography" a color like the graduation cap, and the word "Classic" and the swoosh the same color as the phrase "Cap & Gown Portraits" at the top. Whatever looks best.

The model images that were posted in the project description were all females. If needed, we have signed releases for two male models. Those images can be downloaded from here: http://tinyurl.com/3gcf7lp

Do you have any male photos?

That's actually a very good question. In prior years, our posters have used phrases such as: "No appointment necessary." "No sitting fee." "Come as you are - we provide the cap & gown."

Any thoughts on the info that should appear on the poster? Text wise?
