If you could center the small logo in the center of the black & add my other tagline under it .... I'd say that's what i'm looking for. What do you think??

#3 is still my Fav. Could you do the bigger logo with the tag line "When Seconds Count."?
Add the tag line "Helping First Responders Help Us." to the small logo in the bottom left & get rid of the white one in the lower right corner? Thanks. Everybody work looks GREAT! I came to the right place! Thanks for your time & effort.

Looks great #2. Maybe change the black to blue & also I have another possible tagline: "Helping First Responders Help Us."
