Really like 43...wondering if "clinic" could be made smaller somehow so it's not so prominent. I like the color match in grey with "ent" on top but it seems to dominate the lower aspect of the logo. Thanks for the prompt revisions!

I like #33. I was wondering if you could match colors for the E, N and T in the logo so you can read ENT going down. They could even be slightly larger than the other letters (I'd only do a very slight bump).

Khana...could you resubmit design #22 with an "&" next to "nose" and take out the "and" that is currently below. The space between "nose" and "throat" is good so maybe the & could be a little oversize to fill in that gap but be on the same line as "nose". Thanks!
