  I have added some new pictures to the profile that can be used. I like the use of the line "empowering youth through engineering" that was used. The latest design #21 is cool, but i would rather the image be of a student and not an adult. Please see some of the pictures that I have uploaded and see how you could possibly use them in the design. Also SYNCERE stands for "Supporting Youth's Needs With Core Engineering Research Experiment"

  I like the concept of design #17, but can you find a picture of a black boy or girl who is engaged in science to use.

  The design does not have to include a silhouette of Chicago. I am uploading an image of our old banner for reference of something we are looking for. We need something cool and fun. The current images have more of a corporate appeal. We are a young non-profit organization. We want something cool and techie that would inspire children. Children are our clients.

  Some of these designs look they are for a construction company. Our organizations works with children to teach them about engineering. The design should be fun and inspiring. Have a fresh and COOL appeal to it. We are a young and creative group and the design should reflect that.

  The poster should include more images than the logo. It should include images of technology such as robotics, rockets, mouestrap cars. These are projects that are students work on.
