  It may help if I share my own ideas - I'm not really looking for a logo which combines the two letters E and J. I would like a logo that incorporates the words EcononomistJobs.com and a symbol which relates to what the site does -
  
  The site connects two groups of people, people who are looking for jobs (job seekers) and companies who are looking for people. The logo needs to somehow convey the concept of connecting people.
  
  Preferred colours are orange, light blue and black/gray. Preferred style is 2d
