| Dania Beach Realty, Inc. is a small, boutique style, traditional real estate firm in Dania Beach, Florida. As the new owner of the business, it is my intent to stretch our sevice areas beyond the Dania Beach border. Therefore, I will also transact business as "DB Realty" in those areas. I would like to have the same logo for for this D/B/A. This is a very important design element and the reason for our logo remake. | ||

| As previously stated, the reason for this logo remake is to come up with a design where we can keep the same look/theme for our signage as we expand our area. Within Dania Beach, we do business as Dania Beach Realty, and outside of Dania Beach, as DB Realty. We need a logo design that we can simply remove the "ania" in Dania and the "each" in Beach.
