Brasil Real is a Development company that bought a land in Brazil to develop a planned touristic luxury neighborhood called Cumbuco Internacional. Cumbuco Internacional is an Área of 630.000 m2 And two water fronts with 3 hi end Resorts combined, being : 1 - On the front part of the land by the beach front, with a luxury boutique hotel with bungalows by the water, a branded beach club with restaurant, lounge and night club services, a 36 luxury brand shops and restaurants boulevard, 24 branded (by hotel and beach club) mansions with sea view and direct beach access. 2 - On the back of the land facing a Fresh water lake we will have a hi end boutique sports orientated hotel, nautical club and ecological park with woods and Dunes in an Area greater than 100.000 m2 3 - In the middle of the land we will have a Vilas Resort with a sports and leisure club, and infrastructure for families to spend their holidays with confort on fractional ownership properties under professional maintenance management and service. The intention is to create a destination where hi end clients will be excited and never bored as we offer a product combination that may suit families, children, sports enthusiasts or athletes, night life people, couples, relaxers and shoppers. Each one of this three Resorts will have its onw logo. Cumbuco Internacional logo is the Master Plan Logo.
