    In reference to your brief which states:

    Additional comments Want front page to be rotating slider with images. No photos of people... images are preferred.


    We won't be able to show you the rotating sliders and this will be an image (psd + jpg). Contest are only for designing work and not the coding.

    The intent is for this to be WP site. Have theme that I would like designers to work from. Be creative within theme but want overall look and feel to remain the same. Pay paticular care to the slider and how the image will blend/fades.

    this is the idea that i am thinking about. not sure how it can be done but i like the clean look of the site, textured background, and gradient on the images that blend into the background.

    In addition, uploaded are images of the agencies we have supported. The Idea is to have rotating slider, blending with background with each image corresponding to the agency icon.
    For example:

    1. The USDA (United State Department of Agriculture) icon will be embedded onto an image of a farmland with text explaining what services we have provided to that agency.

    2.The NOAA (National Oceanic Atmosphere Administration - federal agency focused on the condition of the oceans and the atmosphere.

    3. USAF - (United State Air Force) - Pictures of satellites with the agency icon embedded with text

    4. DOS (Department of State) - A picture of a diplomats with the agency icon and text.

    You are only required to provide one main page PSD template like other web contests. Internal pages and HTML coding will be done by our web partner.
