  #37 can you make the right side look like distinct boxes like #28. Remove all red text and make black.
  
  In the distinct boxes add logo like # 19
  
  I like the size of my photo but don't like it on white looks better on blue or gray can you make the text box look less white

  lets work on #25 I like the swoosh of #28 with the color of 25. Get rid of the overlay and just put a model of a spine in like #16. Make the blue darker and the orange more like #19.
  everyone here likes the blocking or wrapping of the tool bar in #19 so please do this adds dimension.
  The other thing is the transition from the picture revolver to the text look at #23 or #19 better flow.

  Move the blue swish over to the right a bit more it needs to not take over the picture so much.
  Make the request appointment a button in the blue section on the bottom like #19. Do not make it red something different blue and white like in example #21.
  Get rid of the make an appointment box and make it our services: Then list minimally invasive spine surgery, motion preservation surgery, spine fusion.
  Move spinal treatment to where testimonials is now. and place testimonials next to the picture.
  The top tool bar needs some shading like the orange in #19. Also need to make the tabs look more like those on #21. Also need some shading in the top white like in #5.
  In the top right corner change to:
  Schedule appointment
  (214) 782-9222
  Mesquite/Dallas

  #22 I have a new idea for this one.
  The red does not work as much as i try to like it. Can you try to shade from gray to blue on the tool bar or light blue to darker blue or something like that. My concern is too much blue and gray but lets try.
  The yellow is too much. I would like to see something like #16 with the shaded spine on the right with a blue to gray color scheme. I like the 3d look the picture has currently so maybe this current color is still better but lets try. Also add a button for schedule appointment at the bottom of this section.
  I think the image of me should be on the right so that current right text box would be moved to the left. Lets make three distinct sections instead of latest news:our services, spinal treatments, Latest news
  On the to right please place schedule appointment (214) 782-9222 and under this Mesquite/Dallas. Also in the top box can we find some texture like a gray shading like in example #5.
  Change the top tabs to read: Home, Our doctors, services, patient information, media center, contacts (if possible add patient testimonials but that may be too much)
  I like the way the picture over hangs the page in exam #16.
  Can you crop the main photo so not to cut my head off.

  #24 i don't really like the orange it is too bright.
  Need a better transition from the big picture into the next part of the page like #23.
  Less blue between boxes like # 19.
  Remove the orange telephone and add "schdule an appointment with phone number under that then Mesquite /Dallas under that.
  I like the gray shading in draft five dark to light to dark at the top.
  I like the blue swoosh and image of # 16 try something like this.

  #21 Lets take all three boxes to the left side and decrease the blue a bit between the boxes (just not as big a border).
  Get rid of the yellow telephone on the top. Have it say schedule an appointment (under that) (214) 782-9222 Then under that Mesquite/Dallas.
  I know it not easy but it looks like it fades too much into the picture now try something like #16 be creative please.
  Make the color on the tool bar like #2 this is a good color.
  Get rid of the learn more button and make that the request appointment button and get rid of some much bottom border on the picture changer.

  #16 i like the way you incorporate the picture what I think is make the request an appointment box just request appointment and just make it go to a page when it is hit so not such a big box and add a box for services provided. So maybe try putting the request appointment up in the picture revolver and make three boxes along the top and move the written paragraph down to the picture. For some reason it looks to white or plain in general so I think I would make the three boxes look like they do on say #19 but your use of my picture is the best.

  # 19 I like this but try two different things. Make the headings all blue not black and blue and change the font on all the headers to a thicker font.

  #17 please try to make three boxes on the left side of the screen. More the request appointment box and place it where it is in #9 then add two boxes. one box for spinal treatment and a second box that says services.
  The large picture box will obviously be a picture revolver but the large yellow space is too much yellow please do something cool here like number two or 16. Also try this with the rectangle box (like it is) and also try to use the swoop shape but extend it further left to right so there is no border to the box (like # 2)
  Also make the top bar orange instead of yellow please.

  i like the spacing and look of number 2. This is the best so far.
  #2 please remove the 24 hour ambulance at the bottom.
  Can you work the top a bit. I need to upload picture of office want to shape to this picture.
