  Re#3, I like the footer on the upper right/lower left as it takes less space. I am LOVING the watermark on the bottom right! Can we trying placing it behind the upper right/lower left by shrinking the white box? Then I could decide between the footer or the watermark.

  Can we see what it can look like in a 8.5 x 11 portrait format? I like the footer in #1.

  what size do you prefer for the flyer? 8.5x11 landscape? Also, I have no problem in sending the file in publisher format--I've worked with publisher plenty of times.

  I have had requests for photos and text. What I am looking for is a template that I can use repeatedly for different commercial properties. Just use stock photos and garbled text for now.I am looking for a layout that is clean and current.
  
  The template should be made up of "boxes" where I would fill in text, tables and photos. For example page 1 consists of a photo, bullet points and contact info. Page 2 may contain a table for financial info along with more photo boxes.
  Page 3 may be photo and text boxes. Page 4 would be maps along with text and table boxes. hope this helps!!

  I have had alot of requests that the final be in Adobe Illustrator and not MS Publisher. To all, that is fine. We want to make it easy for everyone. We will deal with it later. So... go for it!!

  Sir I prepare the require design in Adobe Illustrator and if I get success the final file I will provide you in .pdf format. Sir if it is OK then I go a head. Because don't use MS Publisher
