Thanks everybody for all of your hard work on our logo!

Considering we changed our mind mid-stream with regards to our requirements, we are thrilled with our final design by zoelhunt! The colors, real estate reference with the house, and the abstract "M" with the roofs of the homes are a perfect look for us. Thanks zoel!

Also thanks to bonita. Her designs were awesome. If we stuck with our original idea of a classy black & silver logo, her very first submission #14 (or one of her revisions) would have been our choice.

neonlite, elements, ScottPerry, tangkill, Nadia, and all the rest of you, you are all very talented. Best of luck to you all going forward!

This has been a very good experience for us.

    Thanks again!

    zerin74, excellent work on #119 - #122!

They have more of a feminine feel than we were looking for, but I think they look great!

I must have finally figured out what I want and did a decent job conveying that to you guys because these last few logos (#95, #98, and #99) are awesome! Simple yet different than all of the other house logos out there on the market!

    Thanks!

I like how tangkill added some dimension to #66, but we are looking for something with a little more pizazz.

I like the simplicity of #71 with with the added gradient touches and very subtle starburst. I think I may like it more without the chimneys and by making the middle of the "M" a point instead of blocked off.

#69 from gave me flashbacks to the old AllAdvantage.com logo from 12+ years ago which I liked.

If somebody could get me a logo with this "X" looking happy man in the middle of 2 houses similar to neonlite's design, that would be awesome. The trick would be to have the 2 houses, the "M", and the happy x-man all look good without looking too busy. Very well may not be possible.

Case in point, if I take the circle on #69 as a head and not a moon, the logo takes the shape of an alien with crazy long arms hanging down to the ground. :-)

I am also still very much open to new and fresh ideas!

I do like the blue, green, and orange shades that you are coming up with.

Thanks again for all of your continued efforts!

I mentioned this in my last comment, but our tag line will be "Enjoy Living".

I don't need the tag line in the logos, per se, but that is the feeling we are trying to convey.

    Thanks!

Thanks for submissions #55 and #56, neonlite!

I really like the color combinations in both.

Our tag line is going to be "Enjoy Living" and the happy people in #56 definitely convey that. However, after seeing a few examples, I don't think that type of logo is going to work for us. However, if anybody has ideas how to incorporate something similar into an "M" or integrated into a house differently, I am open still open to the idea.

Even though I like the feel that the happy people give off in #56, I do not think this type of logo is going to work for us after seeing a few examples.

I like the direction you are going with #55. It is very clean, clearly includes the "M", and incorporates 2 or 3 houses without being too in your face "this is a house".

Thanks for all of the submissions, bonita!

I definitely like the vibe of #45 - #52. The 3 guys in the house almost even make an "M" which is pretty cool. :-) Of those, #45 and #48 are my favorites.

I am not a fan of the fonts on #50, #51, and #52. Thanks for trying, though. I like looking at new ideas!

With that said, we would like the happy people in the house image to be a little more abstract if we were going to go that route. I have no idea how we would do that or if it is even possible.

I like the clean look, colors, and drop-shadow of #53 and #54, but the image is a little too forgettable.

    Thanks image611 for #43 and #44!

I prefer #44 out of the two but do not think that the colors in Mulholland should be split up. I would not have a problem with Mulholland and Realty being different colors, though.

Also, although I like the orange shades, my wife is not a fan. Should would rather see designs with blues and greens or blues and reds.

    Thanks again!

    Hey guys,

Since I am looking for concepts in a completely different direction than originally asked, I added another 5 days to the project and upped the prize money to $300.

Hopefully this will give some more options to make sure I'm making the right decision.

    Thanks!

Thanks again for all of your submissions!

Logos #35 and #36 are in the vain that I had in mind, but they give off the impression of an unhappy person.

Since I consider myself to be more on the happy side, I would like to propose a new style of logo that is the opposite from my brief to compare to all of the dark logos we have already.

I actually like the blue / orange combination of #15 in that it has a happy feel and I cannot think of a single real estate company that uses that combination. It would be great if I could see a couple of logos with colors such as these (or reds or yellows). Bonus points if you can incorporate a symbol of happiness (smiley face? happy people? house with sunshine?) into the logo.

    Thanks!

ScottPerry, #29 & #30, thank you for being the first person to actually attempt my street sign idea! ;-) Unfortunately, this kind of reminds me of a logo for a miniature golf course and is not really the look we are going for. :-)

Just wanted to pop in and say great work on today's submissions!

I'll give feedback tomorrow after I let them soak in for a bit.

Thank you all for your efforts!

#14 is on the top of our list right now. This is great example where the house with a 4-paned window symbol blends in nicely with the rest of the logo. Excellent work!

We also really like #13 and think gold could be a good color for our name that we had not really considered before. However, we are not sure how this would look like on a for-sale sign with Mulholland being so small in relation to the logo.

I also like the creativeness of #15, but I have had feedback that the "o" separates Mulholland too much and makes the name hard to read.

I like how #2 combines the "M" with a very subtle house image. I also like the font used there.

As for #3 - #8, thank you for trying out the street sign idea. I actually had in mind the sign being more obvious with the poll on the right side and a wrought iron look between the poll and the sign or on top of the sign. Here are some URLs with my thinking.

Thanks for the submission, draft #1! Not really the look we are going for. Buildings are not necessary in this logo as we will be doing very little commercial stuff at least in the beginning.

Also, I would like "Mulholland" to be in a more decorative font. It doesn't need to be anything crazy like you would see on a wedding invitation, but something that sticks out a bit.
