Just to give some example: why is there a shadow under the green panel on #40 and there is not under the yellow panel?
Another example about #25: too many font sizes, and different window formats (you can see that different windows title height for Dailyresult and Rightyellowboxes). #25 has also different icon types in the rightyellowboxes: sometimes its bigger than the window head line and sometimes its inside the head line.

I mean if you have some other font or color idea in the header with the text "Kalóriabázis" you can make a try to implement it into your design as much as possible.
If you dont do this, its no problem!

I like the pictures in both designs, but the three pictures should be somehow united into a bigone because they are too separated. I like better the #13 version, but the woman is better without the head on #12. :)
Maybe a good concept would be something like: foods from #13 and peoples silhouette running in the background (nice green grass and light blue sky) like the right picture on #13.
But this way the woman should be deleted from the scene so there will be enough place for the main message in the sky. It was just an idea. The calculator pic on #12 has also great opportunities... I like it a lot too!

My opinion:
The big picture is nice but it hasnt got a creative connection to our website.
The main message has too little fonts. Its the main message!
The three line text which should be somewhere under the main message is missing.
If you compare your red box to mine original draft, there you can see that it should be much bigger. I see a white space its size should be increased.
I need a facebook panel, not only an f letter. And it should be down there..
I understand you try to use same heights for panels but it wont be possible.
As I said the right yellow boxes will be changing, there will be more later.
And the Daily Result is logically better to be under the green box. And as you can seee in my original draft there is a text message in the Daily result window which is missing from your version.
And there should be 3 panel at the bottom: facebook, blog and a description. They are important.
Your design is very good, i looks very nice, with good feeling, I hope you can still these changes to make it perfect.

About the red-green panel. I like that #7 uses background graphics to give dimension to the panel. But yours is nice too but would be better if you used something like that too.
About the right panel: it feels like its empty. I dont like white windows with white background.
About the daily result: in Hungarian culture the thumbsup icon and your third icon means the same... And I need faces there with happy normal angry. Not hands.
About the background. Nice idea, I like it but I think the picture is not perfect. I try to explain: i have a feeling that its a small resolution image from googlesearch copypasted and stretched, and not originally designed for this website.
Overall rating: I gave you a lot of negative feedback but your design is very nice and also has a chance, but you should reedit your header to make it much smaller, give color to the right panel, and find out something for the background. Regards, mue114

Your design is great, but you missed the main picture thing. This is one of the most important part of this contest. I need some good idea, a good picture here to attract visitors.

About the red box size. Scroll sider is also a good solution so fixed red and green boxes size are OKEY.
But there is a reason why the red-green-gray column cant be the same height as the right side yellow column:
The right boxes are changing. There will be different boxes for registered and unregistered users, and it is still possible that some new boxes will be needed to be placed after we start are homepage. Or optionally - later - users will be able to set what kind of yellow boxes they would like to see.
About the header picture: i think there is a misunderstanding, which i have to clear:
The fix red and green thing is only for the red and green BOXES. In the header picture, you can use any color you want! Same for background picture.
