I'm considering developing a social networking website where people go to find others in their area who share the same fitness goals, athletic interests, gym memberships, etc. to exercise with because when we exercise alone, we tend to make excuses not to do it, but when someone else is counting on us, we do it. I need a logo and color scheme for the website, and eventually for business cards, stationary, etc. and it shouldn't be too dark or difficult to read. The website will allow you to register where you live, what gym (if any) you are a member of, what exercises you like (jogging, kayaking, mountain climbing, P90X, Insanity, Zumba, etc.), your gender, your fitness goals (losing weight, gaining muscle, getting more tone, increase stamina, etc.) straight or gay, etc. and then based on your preferences, location, etc. you get a list of people in your area who share some or all of your needs in a workout partner. Eventually it will have a message board, chat room, nutrition and exercise trackers, BMI calculator, support groups, etc. but I'm starting this off as a hobby at first. The category for this logo is fitness, but that doesn't show up under "industry type" |

I sort of like the lowercase letters in go2gym.com, but I don't want to influence the designers too much because I'll know something great when I see it. Just keep in mind the idea is for social networking, sort of like a dating site, but for exercise partner relationships instead of romantic relationships, and it's about fitness, fun, and professionalism. | ||
