| The Woodshop Tasting is a craft beer festival in Southern California which features hundreds of the best, rarest, artisan-made beers from around the world. This year will be the sixth anniversary of the tasting, so this upcoming party is called "Woodshop Classix" and will focus on World Classic beers. This design will be for print media, t-shirts, and custom glassware, so it would be nice to have it scalable in size and made with the possibility of pulling just the name "Woodshop Classix" out of the context of any larger logo design and ornamentation. | ||

| I have used a logo in the past which depicted a block of wood that was hand-carved to look like a bulbous, tulip-shaped beer glass (google "Duvel tulip," a recognizable symbol among beer enthusiasts), with wooden mallet and chisel, with accompanying block-letter, wood-grain font saying "WOODSHOP". I still like that concept, but am not beholden to it. I am open to any and all new ideas. Also, I may use the logo (or some aspect thereof) for a future Woodshop craft beer bar/restaurant, so I would want it free and clear as far as legal rights and trademarks. | ||
