Designers,
Please keep in mind that we are Manufactors of Glock and AR-15 weapons. Any other weapon you use in your logo designs do not represent our products.
Thank you for all of your submissions, but some of you are getting sidetracked by my request for one designer to incorporate a Pheonix. We have seen a flood of Pheonix inspired designs. I appreciate that you are taking the time to read my comments. We are not looking for pheonix inspired designs. It was a request for one designer who used a simular type image. Please do not submit any more pheonix inspired designs. If your read the Logo Brief and comments you can get a good idea of what we are looking for. If you have any questions pls ask. And again pls no more pheonix images.
Thank You,

You are on the right track with your new Draft #44. I asked you to use a sphinx instead of the griffen. I really meant a Pheonix not a sphinx. I would still like to see if you could come up with a Pheonix image instead of a Griffen utilizing the Pheonix tails in place of the scroll work. I also like the RMW without the breaks as in Draft #18. Other than that I would not change the sheild at all as it stands in Draft #44. The text i feel needs not to be so bold and maybe a different font. I would like to see Weaponry LLC shorter in length under Rocky Mountain and maybe with - - on either side of Weaponry LLC as well as removing the line that seperates the two text lines. So if your could give me options of different fonts that would be great. also if you could change the red to orange.

Although your subission is nice it is not quite what we are looking for. A 3D style logo will not work for us as the logo needs to be able to be translated into 2D to be engraved onto our Firearms. I am not a big fan of banners over, under or around logos. The rifles seem too clip arty and the text is too plain. We are looking for a unique and stylish logo and this logo reads a little flat in style. You have the basic idea it just needs to be refined and made a little more in the style of a traditional sheild/coat of arms.

Your desing is too simple, we are looking for more detail in the sheild and text. Keep in mind that we manufactor AR rifles as well as Glock handguns so your design must incorporate both weapons.

I like your idea and concept in draft #18. Keep with that design and concept. Could we see 2 Sphinx instead of griffen with their tails replacing the scroll work. Also it may be interesting to see the rifles in their grips and remove the rifles from the shield. Inserting 2 Glocks back to back pointing down into the sheild where the rifles are now. 80% of the firearms we manufactor are AR rifles and Glocks so naturally I would like to see both of those incorporated into the design. I also feel the text is a little too plain and too long. I would stack the text with Rocky Mountain on top and Weaponry LLC on the bottom. so the shape of the whole logo mimics the sheild.
ZKBRAND, Draft 13 is better. I would like to see the Glock handgun moved right and up so that the rifle and handgun are within the same height perameters. The sheild I feel needs an anditional element as in scrolling or some king of treatment around it. I like the basic design but it reads a little too plain still. It needs style to it and detail. Keep in mind that it can not have too much detail as the logo will be engraved onto our firearms and if it is too detailed it will not engrave well.

ZKBRAND, On, Draft #11 could you do an AR-15 on top and a Glock on the bottom upsidedown instead of 2 AR-15's, I like the look of that color scheme better than red white and blue. Not a big fan of the AR-15's going behinde the sheild as in draft #10.

GUNSTA, You have a good idea in draft #8, but it needs some refinement. It is a little too plain for what we are looking for. The RMW is just too plain and the Rocky Mountain Weaponry LLC has no style it is just plain text. The MW in the rifle design might be too big for it to be reconizable as a rifle made of letters. Also we Specialize in Custom Glocks so naturally I would like to See a Glock worked into the logo. 80% of our Business is Glock and AR-15 related.

ZKBRAND, I forgot to mention that I also like the sheild with the firearms on the side. This could really be nice with The Glock And AR-15 on the sides as well as a little more detail in the sheild. I like the content of the sheild its is just a little too plain. Not sure if it needs a boarder or scroll work around the edges. Maybe take it in the direction of a Coat Of Arms which is an idea of what we were looking for. Look up traditional coat of arms and work off that idea.

ZKBRAND, your are on the right track. I like the text design I wouldnt mess with that. I like the shield you have created only we specialize in Custom Glocks And AR-15 rifles. I would like to see a Glock Image Instead of a Berretta Style image as well as the AR-15 should be present in the sheild some how. I also like the mountains rmw and gun combo in draft #4. Although the colors look nice I would like to see some differant color combos red white and blue is a little to patriotic for my taste as well as keep in mind that this logo will be ingraved into metal on our firearms, so it would have to stand on its own in Black and white as well as color. I would also like to see a little more detail in the shield rather that just a sheild shape of color.

We are not looking for a peice of clipart with Rocky Mountain Weaponry LLC inserted. You logo needs to stand on its own without Rocky Mountain Weaponry LLC in or near it. Please refer to the following industry logos to get a better idea of what we are looking for. Red Jacket Firearms, Alexander Arms, Colt, Magpul Ind., Troy Ind., Knights Armament, Stag Arms. Again the name Rocky Mountain Weaponry LLC is not required to be in this logo. The logo has to be able to be unique and recongnized as Rocky Mountain Weaponry LLC with out our name Rocky Mountain Weaponry LLC directly Near or on it. Please ask questions if you are unsure of what were are looking for.
