This logo is for a well respected & established restaurant. We are in the middle of preparing for a remodel & part of the remodel will be a new upbeat service style, edgier uniforms, expanded menu & fresh webpage. We would like the winner to use the old logo as a starting point for a fresher version, but still keep the established identity intact. We are in Gig Harbor WA, which is a historical fishing village, but we are not a seafood restaurant. Our current tag line is “Flavors of the Northwest”. That can go away as well & we are open to new ideas there. Brix 25°, is a reference to measuring the sugar content of a liquid, in our example, a grape that is being picked for wine production. So there is a science behind arriving at that number & many theories about the ideal level of Brix. The name is pronounced bricks 25 degrees, not brie 25 degrees.
