  We want something that says growth (such as a tree), and has some iconic reference to NY, with a clean text, warm color and potentially an abstract graphic that should have motion/movement.

  I have re-opened the contest. I need cleaner font to be used. The main name is "New York Angels" the tag line is "Committed to Mentoring and Funding Great Young Companies". Both of these items must be included in the logo.
  
  Avoid logos that look like car logos, sports team logos and anything that might have a religious reference.

  Designers, attempt integrating the line "Committed to Mentoring and Funding Great Young Companies"
  
  The focus of the logo should include the name and this line, graphic is not as important, but style and subtlety is key. "New York Angels Committed to Mentoring and Funding Great Young Companies"
