We are the Premiere Home Team of Keller Williams Realty - DeDe Ross & John Hudson. We are going to use the logo on our website, business cards, mailings, yard signs, etc. We include services such as design consult, light staging, de-cluttering, professional photography, video tour, etc., at no additional cost. Our goal is to help the homeowner sell as quickly as possible for the highest price and best terms. We have sold over 100 homes in the last 12 months. We are looking to upgrade our marketing and branding and expand our coverage area. We also offer rental and property management services. Most of our clients watch fox news and drink wine, mid 30s to 60s. DeDe is in her early 40's, industry vet with great connections, John is late 20's young professional guy with lots of experience working for banks and developers since college and has moved into residential to start the Premiere Home Team with DeDe. The winner will be utilized going forward for design services and to help with web projects. |

See www.smithandassociates.com (our competition) it appears that they do not use a lot of colors and the designer should decide whether that should also be our approach. |
