When I said caduceus, I probably should have been more specific and said "Rod of Asclepius
". Here is a stock drawing of it
    http://www.istockphoto.com/stock-illustration-5490281-rod-of-asclepius.php.

If you look at that drawing, you can see how two S's (In OSSO) could be incorporated into it.

We also love the bike/motorcycle idea but need something to show a medical connection. A watermark perhaps of a medical symbol? Caduceus? Orthopedic Tree?

we have re-opened the contest for 3 more days.

Re font size: The Words "Orthopedic Surgical Specialists" needs to all be prominent. "of Owasso" can be an equal or smaller font size.

We like the running guys. We especially like the ones with a little more detail (like the muscle in #40. (Bone would be good too.)

We like the intertwining of the S's and the O's, such as #42 and #87 (though we'd like to avoid the backward S if possible. The intertwining made of think of the medical caduceus. Could we fashion the S's into the serpents on the caduceus and somehow work a caduceus into the OSSO? Add a running guy into the mix and we'd have something awesome!

#8 My 14 y/o son looked at the art and sees a crotch rocket. I (docs wife) see a jalopy. Interesting how the interpretation is different depending on your perspective...

the car I see in your current design kind of looks like he's out for a leasurely Sunday drive in the country...maybe it should be angled in such a way as to look more like a fast sports car speeding down the highway...again with the concept of "getting you back up to speed". That, incidentally, WOULD be a neat tag line though I know we already have alot of text going on with our lengthy company name...

Also I wonder about tweaking the O's to more resememble a hip ball and socket?

#8 is very nice. The O's in Osso remind me of a hip joint. (Was that intentional?) That is a neat direction to go...as in getting back up to speed with new hip joints.

Thank you monart and freelancerindia for your art!
Monart, I think we're wanting something a little more individualized for our company or worked into our name, if that makes sense.
Freelancerindia, you are on the right track. Wondering how we can connect it to medicine so it looks less like a bike logo and more like a orthopedic logo. One thought would be drawing a stethescope as handlebars but I'm not sure how well that would incorporate into the art...maybe you have some ideas?
