What we are looking for is something that is not "too over the Top" or "too simple". We would like a design that expresses a "CELEBRATION". #12 is headed in the direction of what we would like to see. Thanks!

  #6 like the text, if it can be a darker font maybe try a different color. #9 and #10 try a different design(glasses)font and layout are good.
