we have selected 3 drafts that made the "finals" and will pick a winner tomorrow!
they are: #181, #134, # 99
In order for us to make a decision, we would like ALL of the the 3 finalists to make the following updates.
So @lakshmiks, @AEREY and @Corslu:
- please provide a "negative copy" of your designs. we would like to know how the look when printed in black and white (or greyscale)
- please always use a white background for the next drafts, so we can see the logo isolated.
- color: we like to 2 shades of blue, please provide us with more variations of the two colors, they should be distinct yet subtle. We want to see contrast.

#88, #91, #92: the direction is good, i like the combinations of the two blues.
i don't like the spikey edges on the M, and the G merging too much with the M's.
#66: the icon box with the initials would be great with one color per letter, no merging.
#43: like the simplicity, maybe some variations on the font and initials, would be great.
#38: i like the icon, would love to see some color variations and bit more quiet/traditional.
#42: would love to see some more variations on the font. do not like the rounded edges on the M's.

#51, #52: this logo reminds me of something, somehow looks familiar. i like the simplicity, although it could be difficult for print with the dark background?

#26, #27: are my favorites from you, since they are clean and simple. try to seperate the G from the M's in the initals a bit more.

#86, #87: i like your touch, but the icons have no relation to the company name and i can't find the initials.

we have eliminated a lot of designs recently, in order to to make clear what we are not looking for. We hope that this process is OK with you, otherwise please let us know.
In general, we have the feeling that most designs seem to be going in the "same direction" and would love to see more variations.

#17 + #19 - sorry, but the icon is not what we are looking for. the font could be more "elegant".
prefer #26 + #27 over #28 + #29, would love to see some more variations on the initials and colors.
#30 - do not like the font, overlapping of the initials not necessary.

thank you very much for your ideas and submissions. unfortunately the designs, so far, do not meet our expectations and hope to see more ideas and creative input.
#1 - the direction is OK, would love to see more ideas on the initials and icon
#2 - too simple, please more variations on the type face and text
#3 - not sure about the icon + initials.
#11 - do not like the rectangle, please no color gray,
#12 - initials are not immediately seen/recognized in the icon. icon should be simpler, no 3D/shadow/etc.
#13 + #14 - do not like the grey rectangle, initials could be more "elegant", look too simple and rough.
