Lasting Change is about taking charge of one's health and wellness, achieving success through small steps and steady progress. The coaching model is based in cognitive behavioral therapy: goals are determined, obstacles are identified, and strategies to overcome those obstacles are defined. This is a client-driven process. The coach's role is to help the client realize their vision of wellness and how how best to achieve it. I have emphasized the wellness part of my business, but personal training is still a large part of what I do, so that element needs to be integrated into the design. | I'm very open to suggestions, but thought perhaps black and white plus a small amount of one color might be good choice. Colors to consider: Orange - associated with ambition; a change in attitude; Yellow/Gold - optimism, creativity, promise of better times; Green - growth, health. Again, I'm open to other ideas -- you're the experts. Logo should still look good if reprinted in b&w. | ||
