  #9 - I like this design a lot, but find the black is a overpowering. It would be great to see a draft with less black in it for a more 'clean' look.

  #1 and #4 - I really like your designs. I prefer #4 with the top of the 'G' as a tail. I wonder if you could give me a draft or two in different fonts and with the 'O' a bit more round, and with 'recruitment' in lower case. Many thanks.

  #5 I really like what you have done with the tail / foot of the gecko in the letter 'K'. But I find the whole thing a bit bright and difficult to read. Also, although I see what you are doing with the globe image - don't think it is needed. I'd love to see another draft without the globe and perhaps just in a less bright green and black (no blue). Many thanks.
