By the way, we also liked the text layout on designs #16 and #17. It's just that the overall designs and colors didn't work for us. On #17 the tree was not a florida palm tree and the roof line and colors used in #16 weren't right for us, that style of roof line is more of a traditional North American style of home, not a Florida style home.
Thank you everyone for all your hard work and participation.
After reviewing with my partner, we've decided that we prefer logos without the homes and rooflines in them, though design #13 wasn't bad becasue the roofline was minimal and the palm tree is a nice one. We appreciate that you tried to incorporate the web address in the logo for #13, however, with smaller application(business cards, etc) the web address is no longer legible.
We've also learned through this process that we like Southwest to be either spelled out with the SWFL, or to just have Southwest Florida spelled out without the SWFL....SWFL by itself doesn't seem to tell the whole story.
The logos we like the best so far are #22, #19, #21, and #23.
With arkana's designs, we really like them all and thought the different designs could each come in handy in different situations. however,if we had to pick just one we'd probably pick the one without the box, because it would be more "flexible" when trying to print in a tight space because the box would really show if the logo printed askew. We like the pop of red, but would also like to see what the design would look like with the black, gold or white; as it might save money with certain print jobs without the additional color. We'd also love to see what that palm tree would look like as a "shadow" tree(like the one in design #23, because we think that would be nice dead spot filler for use on banners for tradshows and for headers on websites, etc.
With CreativeSolutions design #23,we love the "shadow" tree and the palms in the circle, but feel that the SWFL is too prominent and Southwest Florida Realty Experts spelled out on one line becomes illegible when the design is used in smaller applications. With design #24 the text was nice, but we've decided that the house pictures just don't seem to be upscale enough for the direction we trying to go.

Wow you work fast! I'm off to bed(it's late here), so I'll take a look in more depth in the morning, but I wanted to let you know that with draft #3 and #4 the name Realty is incorrectly spelled; it shouldn't have an "i" in it. Thanks again, for your speedy work!
