  Draft #8 is looking good, last thing on it is can we have the upper left part of the swoosh (the area in the "O") the second (back) layer in the swoosh be blue like it is on the right side at the "S"?

  Really like design #1 more than #2. Maybe flip the swoosh around on design #2 so the "A" doesn't look crossed out or confusing.
  
  On design #1, I'm assuming that the "dots" over the swoosh are suggestive of people? Can we either remove that dots and make the swoosh more elaborate (not bigger, just more depth in color or design), or, can we keep the "dots" and try to explain the person concept a little better?
