  To Gagan: re design #47. This looks good. We like how you drew the diamond! "23" we want to be very subtle like a watermark behind the HLR. 23 not to be as a stand alone image but incorporated behind another image. Nothing should be outside the diamond. Make sense?

  #24: Really like how you designed the initials HLR & "Foundation"! Could you design a diamond behind HLR? Also we need the digit 23 incorporated, subtle is good with this.
  #22: Adding the color in this design is great! Perhaps adding to design #24.

  #1: Great idea/concept. However we got to be careful about sending "wrong" message to public (even though we fight the battle of change w/ at-risk kids & failing schools daily). Could you incorporate a diamond into the design in lue of the fist? And take away "the number 23" and add just the digit 23.

  To All designs submitted- I wasn't clear to how I wanted "23" used in the design. Just the digit 23 (not "& the number 23"). 23 should be not immediately noticeable when looking at the logo, perhaps like a watermark in the actual design, not to be any part of "HLR Foundation". Hopefully this makes sense, please let me know if you more clarification.
