The body in 28 should have the same shape as the one in 29. Also we want to make sure that graphic is original. I'm sure there are similar, but we need original obviously.

I really like 25, 28, 29 and 30. 21 and 22 are in the running too. 28 is probably the top runner. It has a very web 2.0 look and we like the colors - so much that we are backing off of the Blue/Orange color combo.

28 - we would like to see an option of the circle graphic turned into a shape similar to our Job Card graphic. That can be seen on the home page of www.jobsearchboard.com. We will likely change our Job Card graphic downstream, but not the shape of it. I realize the circle also flows into the O in Job - which we really like.

25 - Really like this, but need the graphic to be non-gender, so no tie. Your graphic has our Job Card shape that we are looking for. Nice.

Perhaps the font and placement of Job Search in #10. Place Board below in a bar like #5. And place the graphic of #15 at the end (right side) of the blocked text having it the same height as the text?

Another thought is if #5 removes the graphic and incorporates an arrow out of the bottom block (where Board is) moving to the right. It would convey a person moving down the process of finding a job. The arrow could be subtle as I think a "hard" arrow may not look good. Perhaps the arrow fades in transparency as it reaches the arrow head/tip?

Designs 4-6 are nice because of the trailing bar that allows us to put a tag line in if we want.

We like the graphic element of #15. Small and simple. Just remove the tie so it is non-gender. We like the font, color and size of #8 and #10. The colors of the graphic in #15 is very appealing. I would not mind seeing that color incorporated into the text. Combining the graphic and text layout we like would be nice to see.

Other designs with graphics just are not resonating with our team. The graphics don't feel like our company.

As far as our name, we emphasize job search and do not want to convey Job Board.

I don't want to pin anyone's creativity down. Using our Job Card element is not required. Consider any shape or function that moves you. Sometimes less guidance is better. Our site is about identifying the right job to search for, aggregating all of the sources to find a job and managing the job search process on our "board".

As an initial concept you were correct in emphasizing Job Search and separating Board. I like the use of two different colors too. The graphic element may work. I have to think about it. Pulling the graphic into the name may work too? I'm not "wow'd" by it, but not ruling it out.
