Thank you to all designers that submitted designs. There are not many that we didn't like so it has been hard to narrow down.

    We are very pleased.

It looks like we are getting closer to a final design. There are so many great ideas submitted from great talented people it is very difficult to choose. Branding our company requires one logo design, but there are several that we would love to use. There are other projects ahead of us that we will return to select from the best designers. Please submit all last versions and we will make a selection tomorrow. Thank you. Last thing - we do like to see different font styles and gradient colors. Deep blue and deep green seem to have emerged as the colors with red as an accent (maybe).

We really like all of the new looks, colors and designs. It has opened our eyes to different ideas than what we originally wanted. There are a few really good ones as noted in the rankings. Overall simplicity with a symbol that is recognizable. The deep blue and Greens as the main colors with a little red as accent is good. Something unusual with one of the letters to give the wording depth is good too!

Please make sure that the words Realty Group are not too small. I am also looking for some different colors than red and blue. I am also open to other ideas than the tree and moon, so bring on your creativity. Different fonts, even Guyton Realty & Group can all be different fonts and or different colors. Thanks for all your work everyone.

#12 would need a different looking house.

#1, #4 & #9 look the best. #9 is better with smaller tree, but would like to see a thinner line for the roof. I am also very open to other colors as long as they are not drab and boring colors (black, brown, silver, etc) We want a professional look, but not very corporate. We like the idea of a seperate symbol on the side like #1 did even though that was not the original idea. Still looking for a WOW-me design! Thanks for all your help!

so far #1, #4 & #7 are our favorites from current sumbmittals On #4 the words realty group would need to be a litytle bigger. On #7 the tree would need to be a little smaller. Still looking for different ideas.
#3 & #2 are a little to busy and the Guyton is to big compared to other words. Still not sure we have seen the one yet, but maybe not to far off? Thank you to all

Thanks for the quick work. I like the blue color you used. I would rather see a different font and the tree/moon a little more like the one for the state of SC. I am sure you can find that by searching South Carolina government sites or SC chamber of commerce? We are excited to see more!
