  Porteur du Projet
  MedCare should be as written MedCare not Medcare. Design 1 looks OK except that the 24 is too prominent and medcare should be as above, MedCare. Rate it 2/5.
  Design 2 is good at 3/5. Nice and simple without too much fuss.The writing below should be a little more legible.
