This is an Employee Relations consulting practice run by an employment attorney (a lawyer). We specialize in training, investigations, and mediation in the workplace. Our goal is to help organizations prevent employment claims and deal effectively and professionally with human resource-related issues. Services include 1) Training workplace groups on a wide range of topics, from preventing harassment to performance management. 2) Coaching high-value/high-potential individuals to correct performance issues. 3) Conducting impartial and thorough investigations of employee complaints. 4) Mediating workplace conflict. We typically work with human resource depts, in-house legal depts, outside legal counsel, and management of organizations both large and small. |
