| The business will provide child protection investigation, training, risk assessments, support/counseling services and policy consultancy and development for organizations working in child-related employment. My target is the child-related employment sector and my particular focus will be Catholic schools, Independent schools and Early Childhood Education services. However, there may also be work available in religious organizations such as churches as well as sports clubs, Scouts and Girl Guides. I know there is a particular demand in investigation services. There are organizations and private investigators which offer child protection investigation services but there is no other business or service offering specialist child protection investigation. The other critical component of my business is the assistance I offer in terms of investigation support services such as counseling and professional development. I basically aim to minimize the stress for child related employers associated with knowing what legal response is required and how best to manage the people involved through appropriate support. | ||
