  Can we have someone who design a rather traditional and elegant logo? Current designs are good but still they are in one style - modern, clean, simplistic. But I would really like to see some traditional and elegant designs.

  You may upload multiple variations of one logo in one draft for the presentation purpose. However, winner of the contest will have to send final files with each version separated hence, one file should only have one color version of the finalized logo.

  Some of latest logo concepts are a bit too IT feeling. Please stick with research industry - professionalism, highly skills, quantitative, elegance, sophisiticated etc.

  The icon T is a bit too slim whilst R is a bit fatty. Mind try to amend it a bit for a go? The letter 'R' and 'S' in the word Taylors - mind to change a bit of the end of R and start of S so both letter is slightly creative?

  I know you are trying hard, the thing is that the icon is not balancing its space very well, it looks that the TR (top bit) is crowed but the TR(button bit) is loosen. May be you want to try something different.
  
  When you put an arrow in the T and when it reach R, it feels like that "that's the fastest we can reach, we got to stop as it's blocked [by R])".

  Arrow going down is a bit strange in quantitative research as it indicates 'decline'.
