  Additionally:
  Although I like the inclusion of "people", as this is a labour-related company, would it be possible to see other variations of the logo...I find this one to seem like a logo for a "sporting event"....there is alot of movement in it...

  Draft #10 is better. I like the logo on the side, rather than on the top.
  
  Would it be possible to see a green/grey combination?
  Also, could we add the line on top of the name, after "groupe"?
  
  Also, I love the darker blue in draft #11...I prefer "stronger" colors, rather than "washed-out" ones.

  I also like the way the company name shows in draft #2, it looks "strong", however the colors are a little "weak" to me...

  I like draft 8 because there is the "notion" of PEOPLE....can we try some Other color combinations though??
