    Thanks to all the designers. Everyone did a great job and it was hard to select a winner form all the interesting design received.

    We have selected a winner after taking a family/company vote... the winner is alocelja and #585 very slighly (by 1 vote) edging our zoelhunt #291. Very very close behind was sergiulazin, elmaz7, dicor78, lovetodesign; all great designs. Thanks to all. I will be using the site again to do biz cards/letterhead as well as 2 new logos for different companies I have.

    I have gone through and elimiated a number of designs.

    I definately want the final design to have HDMhomes written together with HDM one color and homes another color (homes should be all lowercase). HDM can be on top of homes if the design dictates that look. I want the symbol to be simple yet creative. favorite symbols so far are #173, #178, #172, #182, #118, #163, #28) These design are all fairly simple but also subtly and simply incorporate HDM or real estate.

    Again simple, creative are key.

    HDMhomes together with HDM 1 color and homes 1 color.

    Please read my comment below from November 26 as to direction the Logo/Brand should be going. HDM homes should be written in text with "homes" all in lower case including the "h".

    Let me start by saying thank you to all designers. I appreciate everyones work, designs are looking great.

    1. I am increasing the guaranteed prize to $400 in response to all the hard work and great designs I have received. I hope the new designs & redesigns will keep coming.

    2. I want the directIon to be "HDM homes" (with homes in small text) written clearly (no combining/blending of letters unless HDM homes is very clear). Would love the color to vary in HDM homes, either HDM in one color and homes in another or a slow change/blend from start to finish or something else creative.

    3. Would like a SIMPLE LOGO next to or above the HDM homes text. The logo can include HDM (like #137), can inlcude something real estate specific (like #105) or can be more abstract (like #97). I do not need anything over the top real estate since the "homes" text is clear. Simplicity & creativity is the key.

    4. Again we are real estate developers, brokers and builders, want the brand to be simple, creative and unique, something that looks like it has been around for awhile and both trustworth and cutting edge at the same time (you know all the cliches).

    5. Favorties so far in no particular order: #97,98; #136,76(&65); 130,134; 117,119; 120(like idea but not quite there); 111, 105,108; 96,97,98; 79,80 (need to simplify logo); 68; 47; 39; 38; 34; 19,20; 18.

    As always thanks for the draft. Comments so far... the goal is to either have "HDM" written in a unqiue simple way so that the HDM is clear (Draft #24 is an example but not exactly what im looking for) or have a symbol that has an abstract resemblance to HDM with HDM in text under or next to (examples are Draft #'s 15, 38 & 39)-
    GP Design- Like the idea but not quite there yet. Also like ideas behind #5, #19, 47. GenuineLogo #33 i like the simplicity of this may be something there (would also have to write HDM somewhere since it is not clear).

    Thanks for all the drafts so far. My goal is to have a logo/design for HDM, maybe something in the spirit of winner of http://orders.logodesignguru.com/contests/minola-realty-corporation, then write HDM homes under it or next to it or something else.
