  Prior to this post, there were 30 designs rated 4 Stars.
  
  Of these 30 designs, I have "promoted" 8 (#s 189, 182, 181, 178, 176, 154, 141, and 30) to 5 Stars and "demoted" 8 to 3 Stars. 14 designs remain as 4 Stars and continue to show promise but many have been superceded by subsequent variations that were superior.
  
  I had to demote many designs in order to communicate my preferences and to assist my review process. Many of these demotions were simply due to an inferior color scheme and do not reflect any deficiency in creativity. Undoubtedly, I will demote a great deal more as I draw closer to the close of my project. I am very sorry but I do appreciate everyone's hard work.

  My review of your designs will not necessarily conform to ordinary business hours of the PST (CA, USA).

  I have selected 12 designs and rated them with 4 Stars. They are:

  Given the time zone differences among the various designers, I would like to use the remaining time to focus on interations to these designs.
  
  I am NOT closing the competition to all the other designers. I want fresh new ideas from any designers kind enough to keep working on my project. Please do not submit simple variations of designs that do not have 4 Stars.

  Thank you everyone for your efforts. I have communicated with you privately and I hope my input has been helpful.
  
  I don't want anyone to be discouraged by my "Star Ratings." I think anyone of the 4 Stars could move up absent a new unique design that hits the mark.
  
  While each of these 4 Stars has an iconic "A" they were favored because they had elements that suit my company. It is a development company specializing in residential acquisition, planning, civil engineering and construction.
  
  Something unique that hits this theme might launch a whole new set of designs.
  
  Keep trying. I need your creativity.

  Thanhsugar, thanks for the variety. #2 might be a little too tech for RE Development Co. #7 icon a little to abstract and too large and don't care for font (same font in #20 and #21).

  This project is for the business logo only. Once the logo is awarded, I will launch the stationary project. I wish I could change the Project Title to avoid confusion.
