  Just looked at some eagle images. I like how the eagle is positioned on the Apotheosis of Washington painting and the eagle on the Navy Seals emblem. Hope this helps.

  #26 is looking good. Change the eagles on the pillars. The eagles on #26 look way too much like nazi eagles. Not the type of eagle I am looking for. But i like the overall design. Nice work.

  #23 looks very good. Add more color to the shield. The eagle is good but the pose of the eagle could be better. Also add actual color to then eagle.

  #15 is the best so far. To enhance #15, can you create an eagle sitting on top of the left pillar? On top of the right pillar can you place a shield? The inside of the shield can be divided into four parts. Inside the four parts of the shield put a scale, a book, a liberty bell, and a rose. Hopefully, these details will give you a better idea of what I am looking for.

  Overall, all logos look too generic. I'm looking for more details for the logo. #8 looks good but more i would like to see more detail and creativity. Basically, I want more than what I could create myself with clip art.

  My feedback is most of these designs seem very generic. #3 has potential. I would add a second roman column on the right side to show symmetry and eliminate green.
