  Achiver – this is getting frustrating. I sent you two messages regarding some changes and the website did not deliver them. I am so sorry about this. It’s not your fault but this website that is frustrating me.
  
  You have been more than terrific and love your work.
  
  thank you for the logo. I look forward to seeing it on the new submission.
  
  Here are some other changes:
  
  FRONT OF BROCHURE:
  
  1. Remove You Buy, We Lease from you
  
  BACK OF BROCHURE:
  
  1. Remove the sentence “You will be Guaranteed a monthly rent check…” and replace with “When you let us help you buy your next home, Lease 2 Us will GUARANTEE the rent on your home for up to 3 YEARS!”
  2.Remove the sentence “Why wait for this opportunity to pass you by?”
  3.Add comma (,) after the word qualified.
  4.Remove physical address and fax number. Just keep phone number and email address with bigger font.
  
  FRONT OF BUSINESS CARD:
  
  Update email address to c.trang@lease2us.com
  
  FRONT OF POSTCARD:
  
  1.Update man in suite with smiling Business woman photo.
  
  BACK OF POSTCARD:
  
  1.Remove physical address and fax number and just leave phone and email address with bigger font.
