    Ok, this is the last post from me,... I just spoke with Mycroburst and asked that Bimpop be selected as the winner but to change the design to 191 as we selected.... Sorry gibbous, just thought that was fare. But i really like the revision you made for 191.

    Bimpop and I spent alot of time tweaking the text, and I wasn't going to just let that go, because I thought I had already paid for it as I thought he was paid for it.
    So that was my fault, as you can see everyone that entered for the second time used that text as I asked them to.
    But in anycase, I hope Bimpop you get paid for the first time around and if they want you to revise the design then that's fine to.

    And like I said before, if you were not part of this process, nobody now's what I the PH has gone thru to deal with Mycroburst to get a simple logo done. I never imagined coming hear would draw up some such heated issues with you all.

    I didn't bash you at all Mike. I do think gibbous is unethical to copy another designer's work. That's all. I apologize if you think so though.

    I also gave Bimpop my email to contact me directly with revisions, but also didn't receive anything. If Bimpop wants to make the S shape in the icon like the one a chose, hey that's fine with me,.. i don't care who it is that wins.
    I'm hear to get a logo done.
    mnorth, i did invited you, and your bashing of the PH is really uncalled for.

    Hey Mike, hopefully this is my last post as this is dragging on a bit too far. But if Bimpop had been paid, you would not see any posts by fellow designers in this general comment area. It's good that you wrote this.

    Wow, you guy's are taking this to far,...I was told Bimpop was paid for his winning design, and that He and i could do some revisions. Mycroburst never sent me anything, so i contacted them. Next thing they tell me they had re entered this design to the contest. I was well prepared to work with Bimpop, as I think he did a great job!
    If anything, it's mycroburst's fault for re entering this contest.
    And I was told it was no cost to me,... so I'm not happy to hear that Bimpop did not recieve his winning, as he should have.

    You are here the first and last time. You joined the contest in the last two days with one purpose – to steal BimPop's design and money. Typical cheater's scenario. After finalization, the CH decided not to pay to the winner. He reopened the contest, and registered you - the related or interested party (you might be partners, relatives or one person with two ID). Only BimPop have rights to develope his own logo until he has not sold it. Other designers should come with their own ideas.

    Wow, he mentions to copy Bimpop's #136 three times. He should have worked with Bimpop exclusively instead of having EVERYBODY copy the design. I was invited to this contest and am extremely happy that I was too busy to participate and I would have NEVER have copied another designer's work.

    @BIMPOP I did not bash you, I did not criticize your initial concept, nor have I claimed the design as originated by me, nor do I intent to.

    Please look at PH statement on March 29th, 2012 2:41PM when the contest was reopened.
    "All the text should be exactly the same as 136, just the icon needs some adjustment."

    As it states, only "adjustments" to the icon were needed, and instructions by the PH were followed exactly.

    @gibbous , there will be no form of icons, text and overall layout of the logo, if I did not do it.
    Your winning is a stolen concept. Your behavior shows that you are cheap designer .

    @mnorth It's what was ask of the PH and confirmation from as to whether this was okay or not was varified by Mycroburst. To my understanding the project had to be reopened due to legality issue with the original icon-graphic, not the text.

    And gibbous you need to read the warning/trademark policy of Mycroburst.

    "Creating a derivative design, based off another designer's design will be issued a warning. Even after a PH asks you to do so, you are still held responsible."

    So follow the rules of Mycroburst and read the TOS, R&R and FAQs before you start designing or simply go back to your No-Spec forum.

    IF any of you had any idea of what was going on, or why this project was reopened for a two day period by Mycroburst who also paid the billed for the redesign. Keep your comments to your self and get on with your other projects.

    3.SITE RULES AND REGULATIONS.

    M. PROHIBITED OR QUESTIONABLE CONDUCT.

    b. Project Holders may not register/participate as a Designer using the existing/new account; and select their own design as a winner for their own project. If the identity of the project holder is found matching to the winning designer, he/she will be disqualified and the project holder will be requested to select another design from different designer within the project.

    c. Designers who are related or interested parties to the Project Holder are disqualified from winning Projects.

    Which ever design we choose, we will most likely have it made out of 4 inch granite.
    So it should be able to stand upright on it's own.
