Draft #1. BHEP is ok, but I will never call the business by the initials. I will always call it Boka Hel. On the tagline Building Teacher Capacity must not text wrap. My marketing is wordy so I would still like a symbol.
Draft #2. I like that you have an abstract symbol. This is headed in the direction of what I envisioned. My organization is about a partnership of collaboration. Our minds working together will produce our goal of student academic success. How can these shapes illustrate that network/collaboration?
Colors: I am not married to these colors. They seem to muted--blah. Colors connected to education can be cool blues and greens--vibrancy. Not necessarily RYB that may be too basic and primaryish for me.
I hope this helps. I am looking forward to the next designs!

thank you for wrapping your heads around my concept and creating designs that reflect what I see for my company. You are PHENOMENAL!

Draft 4. The partners are too close together. I do like the student in the middle.
Partners: how will an elongated figure look?
Concerns: it is striking me as childish. What can be done to make it more sophisticated? Font... sharpness...???
Color: it is interesting. How will other colors look? How will the color look if copied on colorless printer?
Tagline: if added, will it look too busy?
