XIANN - I like both 53 and 54. Can you try the same color combo as the sample logo? I know I originally said no reds, but it works for that style of logo I think. Maybe a little thinner on the ribbon?
I like the darker red outer circle, white background for the ladder, white lettering inside of the red circle, a black ribbon, with either white or possibly gray letter for Licensed - Bonded - Insured?
I'm liking this one the best. Just want to get the detail just right.
I just found a logo design that I really like a lot. http://knickerbockergop.com/
Obviously, no elephants. I like the idea of a ladder though. Or even a pressure washer if it is realistic looking.
STEWARD on the top. HOME SERVICES on the bottom. Or, if it can fit and still look good. STEWARD HOME SERVICES on top. And LICENSED - BONDED - INSURED on bottom.
The Hose, Ladder, Paint idea didn't work on #33 like I'd hoped for. If we go that route it would need to be adjusted. Right now everything is too uniform. The nozzle and paintbrush look superimposed on a standard font. Not what I want.
Maybe we should try something different. Like maybe just an A-Frame step ladder as an icon, and Steward Home Services to the side or below it. Or work it in as the letter A.
Whatever you do, make it look unique. Not like a font with clip-art added in. For colors, I've decided NO red, no light blue, no light greens. Stick with dark grays, deep beige, or Olive. No Arial fonts or anything close. I like the font "Steward" is in on # 32. That doesn't mean I'm stuck on it, just the direction I'd like to see it go.
I'm not opposed to seeing something totally random either. The business is based in the Pacific Northwest, so maybe work in that element instead of the ladders, hoses, etc...
Another idea I wouldn't mind seeing tried is having SHS as the logo, but using my common tools to spell out the letters. For example, a hose for the S, ladders to form the "H", and maybe something like a paint brush painting the other S. Or, a pressure washing wand spray on the S.... something like that.... use your creativeness. However, a somewhat animated take on it... I don't want it to look like clip-art. Underneath that have Steward Home Services.
It doesn't even have to be multiple tools. It could be a hose that Spells out SHS, and have a pressure washer wand on one end, and the coiled up hose at the other.
I'm just tossing out ideas. What I'd really like is creativity, and something original.
18, 25, 26 are looking great to me. However, I think I'd prefer different colors. More "earthy" hues like grays, olives, subdued blues.
I also like the idea of having a unique identifier. 20,22,25, and 26 all have the right idea. I'm just not partial to the look of 20 and 22. 25 and 26 just need adjustments to the color tones. Same goes for 18.
I also wouldn't mind seeing how 25/26 would look against a black background. I like how 18 is adjustable to black by turning it grey. Gives it a masculine look while staying professional.
23 is a nice attempt at a different idea, but I don't like the red. I'm also not sold on the look of the pressure washer wand. It wasn't what I had in mind. I was thinking a more animated look of just the wand, and no roof line/house.
I'm liking #4 and #9. But would like to see an idea that incorporates the professional feel with specific elements of the business. Perhaps something along the lines of number 4 and 9, but with some sort of pressure washer wand? Maybe try an alternate color scheme too?
