#131: This is interesting. I like how the colors become mark. It develops an idea and concept. I would like to see it upright with more sensitive color.
#113: Your letter spacing/kerning is set too far apart. The "P" is looks awkward not being on the same baseline with "publishing". The image is visually appealing but there is not a visual sense of a publishing company.
#108: I like how it the image is visually interesting as well as relative to the publishing aspect of the company. Im not sure the typography is working yet:color.
By the way witter, your color palette for #93#94 and #95 I appreciate. Its sensitive and approachable. Its anti-corporate and its something Im looking for.
Witter: I appreciate how you put alot of thought into the marks. #85 is way to simple and would be inconvenient for print use, unless it embedded color.#81: I like the almost custom made typography but the image is not visually working yet.#93,#94 and #95: I like your concept but I don't want to confuse my audience. Thank you
#68: This is real improvement from your last one. I wonder how it would look if your replace the "i" in imprint with the whole image. Make it one. Thank you
#62:This is a nice approach. The tagline is not necessary for now. I want you to know that as a Designer, you should think about different perspectives of how your audience will see your work. I like your mark but the audience also might see it as an investigation or detective company. Our mark is meant to be sensitive yet bold, which is what your mark does but conceptually it doesn't capture a publishing company.
