  I like the colors, the font is clean and simple perhaps a bit too simple, - what is not sitting right is the symbol it is too industrial it reminds me of a real-estate company or buildings in a city. I think I see the thought process in the 3-color version with the green bars higher as if you were advancing higher in your career but you lose that in a black and white version. I like the idea of a symbol. If you can use a different symbol graphic in a revision - Thanks for your design
