I just started my home baking business a few days ago because I always get compliments of my desserts every time I take them into the office, and everyone suggested that I start a business. My passion is to bake and I believe that this is my calling. The concept of the business, which is also mentioned in my slogan, is to have desserts that are smaller portions and a little healthier than your old fashion recipes but still being authentic to the flavor of the dessert. For example, instead of using only all-purpose flour I would substitute half of it with whole wheat pastry flour, also instead of using only butter I would substitute some with applesauce. |
